DESIGN THINKING WITH AI
SHARPER THINKING, REAL RESULTS
What To Expect & Outcomes
The workshop runs over one or two days. It builds two things at once: a working grasp of design thinking as a creative process, and the judgment to use AI well at each stage of it, knowing where it helps, where it misleads, and the difference between delegating to AI and thinking with it.
Teams bring a real business challenge and work it deliberately, treating AI as a thinking partner rather than an answer machine. Where clients choose the two-day version, the second day is given over to running that challenge as a live project, from framing to a tested concept.
Teams leave with three things: a tested concept for a problem they actually own, a repeatable AI-augmented method they can run again themselves, and genuine, lived AI fluency. For leaders, it is a pragmatic answer to "how should we be using AI?", grounded in real use cases from your own business rather than hypotheticals.

Most AI training teaches tools. This workshop teaches teams how to think, with a proven creative process and AI embedded deliberately at every stage of it. Your team brings a real business challenge and leaves with a tested concept, a repeatable method, and genuine, lived AI fluency.
Companies that raced to put AI in everyone's hands are discovering that usage without direction costs money and produces noise, not results. What is missing is the thinking layer: a process that gives AI a specific job, and people who know when it helps, when it misleads, and how to direct it. AI amplifies how you already think, so the quality of your thinking is what unlocks the potential of AI in the workplace
