EARLY CAREER FOUNDATIONS

Building Your Professional Foundation

What To Expect & Outcomes

The workshop is hands-on and scenario-based. You'll work through real situations early-career professionals encounter: contributing effectively in meetings, navigating unclear expectations, building your reputation, and understanding how to be visible without being obnoxious about it.

We also explore how to develop professional judgment, knowing when to ask questions, when to take initiative, and how to recover when things don't go as planned. The goal is to accelerate the learning that typically comes from trial and error.

Participants leave with practical strategies for workplace navigation, clearer confidence in professional settings, and a better sense of how to build the kind of career foundation that opens doors rather than closes them.

The first few years of your career set patterns that follow you for decades. This workshop gives early-career professionals and recent graduates through their first three years with a focus on practical skills and frameworks for navigating workplace dynamics, building professional relationships, and establishing yourself as someone people want to work with.

Why Early Career Foundations Matter:
We cover the fundamentals that don't always get taught explicitly: how to communicate with impact, manage relationships with managers and stakeholders, advocate for yourself thoughtfully, and give and receive feedback in ways that build trust rather than create tension.
