STRENGTHS & SAFETY
Working To Your Strengths Together
What to Expect & Outcomes
You'll examine your own strengths profile and discover how your colleagues' strengths complement or contrast with yours. The group works through practical ways to put these insights to use in daily work and project collaboration.
The session also explores the research behind psychological safety - what makes some teams consistently outperform others. You'll identify specific behaviors and practices your team can start using right away to strengthen how you collaborate and deliver results.
Teams leave with a clearer sense of how to work to their strengths and practical strategies for creating an environment where people contribute openly, challenge ideas constructively, and produce stronger work together.

This workshop pairs Gallup CliftonStrengths profiling with psychological safety training to help teams work together more effectively. Participants complete individual CliftonStrengths assessments before the session, then dig into both personal and collective strengths alongside the practices that enable honest, productive collaboration.
When people understand their own strengths, they work more confidently. When they understand how those strengths interact across a team, they change how work gets done. We combine this strengths exploration with psychological safety training to build the trust and candor that lets teams perform at their best.
