At C&8 we focus on delivering impactful workshops and learning that sticks

We pride ourselves on delivering high energy workshops that help people learn more about themselves and how they show up at work.

A common challenge with workplace training is that initial momentum can fade once people return to their daily workloads. Unless new insights are actively revisited and put into practice, the long-term impact naturally diminishes over time.

At C&8, the workshop is where learning starts. The real work is making it last long enough to change how people actually operate.

 

Three principles run through everything we do

1. We start with the objective, not the agenda
Before we design anything, we get clear with you on what needs to be different afterwards: the specific behaviors, decisions, and outcomes you are investing in. Everything else works backwards from there. A workshop that is not anchored to a real objective is just a good day out.

2. We bring the right methodology
We match appropriate adult learning theory to your goal, so that time spent in the room does the most it possibly can. People do not just hear the content. They apply it, practice it, and leave ready to use it.

3. We extend the learning beyond the room
This is where real impact is won or lost. Beyond the initial workshop, we offer designed follow-up structures to keep momentum alive. Depending on the engagement, this can include scheduled review points, targeted virtual sessions, and practical digital tools that support ongoing practice on live projects.
 

How we see AI
There is a lot of noise about AI in workplace development, and most of it centers on doing things faster and cheaper. Where we use AI, it is for close to the opposite reason: to make learning stick.

Thoughtful use of AI, anchored to clear learning objectives, can act as a practice partner. It can ask questions, test assumptions, and draw a person's thinking out rather than replacing it. Use AI to sharpen your thinking and increase your productivity.
